Recently, Nanjing China Soft Capital Chuangyi Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) ((hereinafter referred to as "China Soft Capital Chuangyi Fund"), a sub-fund in which Jiangning Industrial Fund invests, was filed with the Asset Management Association of China, and held the first partner meeting and investment decision-making meeting, launching its first batch of investment projects.

China Soft Capital Chuangyi Fund was established upon initiation by China Soft Capital and with a registered capital of RMB 500 million. It's co-funded by China Soft Capital Management Group Co., Ltd., Nanjing Industrial Development Fund Co., Ltd., Nanjing Jiangning Industrial Development Fund Co., Ltd., Nanjing Jiangning Economic Development Hi-tech Science and Technology Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) and some major social capital partners. Its fund manager is Beijing Jinling Huaxin Investment Management Co., Ltd.

The Fund focuses on future achievements transformation and industrial innovation projects in the fields of network, new communication and network security, and works hard on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of Purple Mountain Laboratories. It also has a special fund share of RMB 50 million to support the early angel project in the laboratories.

Purple Mountain Laboratories has carried successively out various technical research in such key areas as deterministic network technology, 6G communication, and network Endogenous Safety and Security (ESS). Now, it has been included in the list of national strategic S&T forces. Among its team members, more than 60 are academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and the Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE), national engineering talent and experts, and provincial and ministerial-level high-end talents.
