Recently, CSC signed an investment agreement with Beijing TowerySoft Software System Technology Limited, seeking to accelerate its strategic plan in big data applications. TowerySoft provides big data applications analysis software mainly to government, municipals, heating, finance and insurance, auto, and ecommerce industries. Its total solutions cover geographic information systems, business intelligence, document digitalization and insurance industry applications. Currently its software systems are widely used in security surveillance, emergency management, taxation and public service areas as well as business areas such as data center construction and smart analytics systems. TowerySoft took part in the development and building of Beijing District Heating Group’s data center and smart heating network system, controlling inter-city heat transfer and pipe deployment using big data. This is the first of its kind nationally. Per Analysys forecasts, the 2015 Chinese big data market exceeded 10 billion RMB, and 2016-2018 big data market will maintain over 35% annual growth. In government administration, public utilities management, enterprise management; big data shared market applications are endless, and the entire industry will enter a high growth stage. All along, CSC focuses on national strategic emerging sectors, and has gained valuable industry resources and investment experiences in the new generation of IT industry. CSC hopes to speed up TowerySoft’s product layout and marketing with the help of capital, and facilitate TowerySoft’s access to the capital markets to achieve more growth.
